3/10/26: My practice is currently closed to new clients.

Important things to note about my practice:

• All sessions are via telehealth video. As my license is Washington-specific, I can only see clients when they are physically within state boundaries (i.e., I am unable to see them when they are traveling outside the state or country). 
• I am unable to write letters for third parties (e.g., for emotional support animals, FMLA, court/legal matters, disability leave, auto insurance, etc.) but will help my clients find someone who can if that becomes necessary. 

I offer a complimentary 25-minute video consultation for potential new clients and welcome any questions. Quickest ways to reach me are by email (rina@plumtreetherapy.com) or the form below, which I check Mondays-Fridays. My phone number is voicemail only and I do my best to respond to all messages within 48 business hours.
